Great family lunch function at Compton House in Lymington. Fresh roasted salmon, chicken and pesto with black grape, cous cous with cherry tomatoes and lots of herbs, leafy salad with a honey balsamic dress, mango and fig. For dessert, homemade meringues, summer berries and chantilly cream.
