We were delighted to be asked to create the perfect Lunch party today here in the New Forest and when the guest list included local food and wine experts such as:
- Robin, the owner of the exclusive Lymewood and The Pig chain, a previous MD of The Savoy Hotel
- Brigette and Martin Skan, who use to own the Chewton Glen.
So 7th Wave Events were delighted to be able to offer a Canapé starter, pan seared sea bass as well as our amazing fresh and tassty salads as a main and a delicious Eton Mess for dessert, using local seasonal strawberries…. here is a sneak peak from behind the scenes before we served!
