Recently we were back to a regular client to provide another unique Dine-in-Delux evening… we are discussing before hand what their favorite foods are and creating a bespoke menu – which is cooked fresh on their driveway and serve with social distaning in place.
The safest and more secure place to enjoy “Eating Out” in the New Forest – is at home with your very own personal chef, with your guests, your wine and our talent and washing up skills.
This week’s menu was:
Starters:
Smoked Salmon and horseradish roulade with beetroot and capers
Main Course:
Kedgeree fishcakes with cajun asparagus,
roasted sweet potato, and tartar sauce
Served with a fresh herb salad
Desserts:
Tangy lemon tart
with homemade raspberry coulis and fresh cream
All this for just £55.50 a head.
