What an amazing location to serve our canapes in, at the very first private function ever held at the Abbey!
This high class location, required our team to provide first class service, refreshing champagne and sparkling wine and an assortment of canapes to get the taste buds tingling and the guests relaxing.
The canapes served during the evening included:
- Ragu cups with lime and coriander humus, roasted peppers and deep fried basil
- Mini Yorkshire Puddings with mustard mash and rare beef
- Vegetarian Spring Rolls with a lemon dipping sauce
- Yellow Thai chicken with crispy sea weed
- Grilled sausages sliced and tossed in honey and sesame seeds
- Tempura battered vegetables with a cucumber and Greek yogurt dip
- Filo baskets with caramelized onion, rocket and toasted pine nuts
- POSH fish and chips, Hot chips with a smoked salmon dip
- Homemade chocolate brownie
- Strawberries and cream
